East Eatery offers to our customers limited free parking on first come, first serve basis. Parking space is not guaranteed with any table reservations.

East eatery will not be responsible for any damage to personal property including personal items and vehicles and on East Eatery premises.

Customers parking outside the premises are doing so completely at their own responsibility, East Eatery is not liable for any damage caused, council fines or PCNs issued to any vehicle.

Average table reservation time is 120 minutes. Please be considerate of time and allow other customers to enjoy our food and service as well. Management may ask the serving staff to clear the table after the said time is up.

A discretionary service charge of 10% will automatically be added to the bill. However, if you are not satisfied with our service you may ask for it to be removed before making the payment.

East Eatery offers a dynamic menu which may offer new varieties and may not include any previously served items from time to time. You can check our menu online before visiting for the latest information.

We understand personal and religious sentiments and do our best not to mix vegetable and non vegetable ingredients and utensils.

We operate with highest food hygiene standards, however if you notice an aberration, please don't hesitate to inform the staff so we can make any amendments as needed.

Calorie count is an approximation based on quantity & ingredients and should not be taken as an absolute value.

In order to avoid contamination, boxes will be provided to the customer to pack the left overs by them self.

East Eatery will not take any responsibility from issues caused by untimely consumption of left over food that was packed in place at the restaurant upon customers request.

Price of any menu item may be revised over time at the discretion of restaurant management

Quantity of portions and servings may be revised as deemed necessary by restaurant management.

Our staff is here to serve and help you as best as they can. Misbehavior with any of our staff member will not be tolerated at all. If you have a concern that needs escalation, our restaurant manager is always there to provide a resolution.

While it gives us joy to see you having a good time, please keep in mind the decorum of the restaurant and avoid being too loud.

Smoking of any kind traditional or electronic including vapes is not allowed inside the restaurant.
